Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account gets 30 days free with full access to every feature. No credit card required, and you can invite your whole team and run real expenses during the trial.
What happens after the trial ends?
Subscribe to the Standard plan — ¥500 per user / month with annual billing, or ¥600 with monthly billing (excl. tax). Your data is never deleted.
Can I choose monthly or annual billing?
Yes. Both billing options are available. Annual billing is effectively ¥500 per user/month (excl. tax), while monthly billing is ¥600 per user/month (excl. tax). Annual billing gives you approximately two months free compared to monthly billing.
Is pricing per user or per company?
Per user. You only pay for the people using Staple — deactivate users who no longer need access and reuse their licenses. You can change your license count at any time, and reductions take effect on your next invoice.
